Support While Navigating Chronic Illness

Struggling with chronic illness for over a decade had taken a toll on me. It was very difficult for my friends and family to fully empathize with what I was going through. Some people thought I was exaggerating or making things up, and others just didn't understand why I was so tired all the time or why I had to cancel plans at the last minute... Skylar offered me emotional support, but more importantly gave me helpful nutritional and lifestyle tips that mitigated some of the symptoms I was left with after so many years of feeling in the dark. I am so grateful to have had such a kind and compassionate person on my team. Navigating a New Diagnosis

I was recently diagnosed with Lyme disease and I was terrified. I had heard so many things about the difficulties of treating it. I also knew some people who had it and had suffered for many years. Skylar introduced me to some alternative yet extremely effective treatments, like IV therapies and nutritional changes for treating Lyme. She was a wonderful asset to my medical team and collaborated with my doctors and naturopath. Together we found the right treatments for me, and I have improved so much. I have been suffering for many years with very mysterious and debilitating health conditions. Not only was I feeling lost, but terrified and alone. Building My Body Back After Having Been Sick

I have been dealing with chronic health issues for a long time. After finally figuring out and treating my illness, I felt ready to build my body back after healing. I used to be very athletic, strong and into sports but the illness had taken a toll on my body and I had lost a lot of my strength. Skylar helped with supportive nutrition, and together we got my energy up. We worked on creating an exercise program that fit my abilities and capabilities. Nutrition and Health Support for the Whole Family: From Toddlers, to Teens, to the Elderly

Our whole family had been through so much in the last few years, and stress got the best of us all. None of us were eating well and I, as a mother, had so much responsibility taking care of my two children and my elderly parents. Skylar made individual nutrition plans for all of us that fit our unique needs and preferences: my three-year-old, my 14-year-old, myself, my husband and my parents (who are in their 80s). My father has type 2 diabetes and Skylar's meal plan included lower carb substitutions for the foods he loves. The changes she suggested were seamless, enjoyable and sustainable. Heathy Food, Nutrition and Supplement Support

I didn't have a specific health issue, but was just not feeling great. For my age, 25, feeling sluggish and tired all the time made me feel depressed. I knew that it was mostly likely due to poor diet and a lack of exercise, but I had no idea where to begin, and had no motivation to help myself. I started working with Skylar because a friend of mine suggested I try a free consultation. She immediately motivated me to create a more balanced diet. We came up with a reasonable exercise program with lots of variety, because I tend to get bored super easily. We added some super healthy foods I liked the taste of, and some supplements. I had no idea I could feel this good. Sky, I'm still following the plan and feeling great! - TY

Weight Loss and Nutritional Guidance

I already had a healthy diet but needed to lose a little weight to improve my health. Skylar wrote a nutritional plan for me that included all the healthy foods I loved, a lot of variety, and portions that allowed me to feel full and satisfied. She helped teach me how to apply sustainable, long-term changes that I'm still incorporating to this day. - WB
