ABOUT ME

My knowledge of nutrition and health originally stems from a bout of chronic illness. From this, I have learned first-hand about the struggles and hardships chronic illness can bring to your body, mind, family, career and education.

 

This developed into a passion for helping others heal. Now that I have obtained my bachelor's degree in Health Studies from University of Hawaii and my coaching certificate from Precision Nutrition, I hope to share this knowledge and assist others.

I use a collaborative approach while helping you interpret medical information, giving guidance on what next steps may benefit you and your case, and helping you find the right medical referrals, both allopathic and naturopathic.
